Welcome to HauteCheck. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HauteCheck mobile app, website, and all services provided. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
HauteCheck offers AI-based image analysis for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of luxury and branded goods. Users upload photographs of an item and receive a visual similarity evaluation, with supporting image-based analysis powered by machine learning and computer vision algorithms.
The analysis results are generated based on comparative visual features, and while we strive for accuracy, HauteCheck does not guarantee the results are 100% accurate or legally binding. These results should be interpreted as informational and supportive in nature—not as a definitive authentication service.
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian to use HauteCheck. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
HauteCheck offers both one-time purchases and recurring monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. Users may cancel at any time; however, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed through our third-party provider, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly. All payment-related concerns should be directed to Stripe’s customer support, or to us for subscription adjustments.
By uploading images to HauteCheck, you grant us the non-exclusive right to analyze, process, and store those images for the purpose of providing authentication results and improving our AI models. We do not share or sell your images to third parties.
Images may be retained anonymously and used in aggregate for improving our detection algorithms. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, software, and intellectual property associated with HauteCheck is owned by HauteCheck Inc. or its affiliates. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform for commercial or derivative purposes without express written permission.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: uploading offensive or unlawful content, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, using bots or scripts to automate requests, or submitting fraudulent images.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HauteCheck at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any misuse of the platform. Any remaining subscription time will not be refunded in such cases.
HauteCheck is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising out of the use of or inability to use our service. The authenticity results provided are informational and should not be solely relied upon in high-risk or high-value transactions.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant updates through the app or via email. Continued use of HauteCheck after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
All purchases made through HauteCheck, including one-time authentication checks and monthly subscriptions, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate delivery of AI-based analysis, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you encounter any issues with our service, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
